On Saturday I did some photo/video coverage for the first ever Move Fast Lift Heavy Invitational at Freedom Athletic Academy in Holbrook, NY. Below are some highlights from the "freakshow." Christian Harris brought together a group of friends to showcase weightlifting, gymnastics, and overall athleticism. Event 1 was a 1RM Snatch and Clean. Event 2 featured a number of gymnastic and strength feats.

The crowd favorite may have been "Taylar Stallings is stronger than...." where she took on two men from the crowd in a max rep deadlift in 60 seconds. The weight? 315lbs. Taylar hit 24 reps.

Event 3 was a high skill metcon featuring triple unders, pistols, weighted pistols, HSPU, and "gymnasties."
