I'll be posting more from the Move Fast Lift Heavy invitational tomorrow (aka the Freakshow) but I wanted to start off with a nice "light" cleaning session. Taylar Stallings (aka the woman that can out lift nearly everyone) worked up to 265lbs successfully, and then proceeded to attempt 270lbs. Huge lifts all around for what was just an exhibition. The snatch comes out tomorrow. Stay tuned.

Technical details: Video shot with the Nikon D600, 720p, 60fps. I believe my exposure was 1/125, F/4, ISO 3200, Lens Sigma 35 1.4. I stabilized the shot using my work-in-progress shoulder rig from Photography and Cinema which I'm still getting used to. Edited in Adobe Premiere (I just made the jump from Final Cut)
